The story behind the photographs
An easy afternoon, with nowhere else to be.
This family photography session was created around movement, connection and the beautiful in-between moments that unfold when nobody is trying too hard. We chose Kangaroo Point Cliffs for its open space, soft late-afternoon light and room for everyone to relax.
The session mixed a handful of gently directed portraits with plenty of walking, talking and mucking around. That balance creates a gallery with the photographs grandparents love, alongside the candid images that feel most like real family life.
